In your app, click/press your photo or the user icon in the upper right and select “Docs & Support”.
I need to pause my campaign!
If there is something wrong with your campaign, we suggest to pause your campaign immediately by simply emailing “pause my campaign” in the body of an email to team@b00st.com.
Pause
Pausing your campaign puts things on a temporary hold, limiting and pausing any spend on all platforms until you tell us otherwise.
Once you’re ready, let us know and we’ll get your campaign spending again, ASAP.
Pay
Payment can be made in-app with credit card, bank accounts and various digital platforms such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Business and Pro clients can pay via wire, ACH, or even cash sent by carrier pigeon!
