Is it normal to not see clicks from campaigns within YouTube and Spotify?
Yes
These platforms are not made to or capable of reporting conversions from advertising campaigns (yet). Hopefully we see those innovations coming down the pipe for our creator economy, but as of this writing (August 2022), there is little we may do to see conversions reported in-platform.
In particular, we may see Alphabet and Meta properties begin to report these in their platforms, shortly. Those companies primarily serve two constituents:
- Consumers
- Advertisers (you!)
